Life takes many twists and turns sometimes it helps to work things through with a therapist.  Uncertaintly, loss, anxiety, changing identity, bereavement, stress, redundancy  and whole host of other life events can bring us to cross roads in life. Change and growth is possible in these moments. 

I have qualifications in psychotherapy and social work and am a member of the 

Australian Association of Sex Educators Researchers and Therapists (ASSERT).
